It is owned and managed by Pian I Sit Central Corporation, a 100% Filipino company registered under the Philippines’ Securities and Exchange Commision. All trademark, names, logos, images and the like in this website are protected by law.

On Promotions and discounts
All Pancit Center initiated promos are based on specific terms and conditions indicated in their fine-print.
No two (2) or more promos may be combined. Whenever 2 or more promos are applicable, customer has the option to choose which promo to claim.

On Senior Citizen Discount, People with Disability Discount (PWD), etc
Pancit Center abides by the law of RA No.9994 otherwise known as the “Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010” which stipulates that senior citizens (Philippine citizen at least sixty (60) years old) are entitled to twenty percent (20%) discount [and exemption from value-added-tax VAT, if applicable *Pancit Center is a non-VAT establishment*] on the sale of goods…for the exclusive use and enjoyment or availment of the senior citizen. As such, discounts will be honored for any single/solo serving dish but may not be availed for bulk/bilao size orders unless it will also be consumed by more than one (1) senior citizen. Discount may still be availed after dividing the bulk/bilao serving for the number of persons who will be consuming. 
RA No 10754 or “Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability” is likewise being honored with the same clause of “…20% discount and exemption from the value-added tax (VAT) if applicable [not applicable for non-VAT Pancit Center establishment] on the sale of goods for the exclusive use and enjoyment or availment of the PWD.
Further, “privileges may not be claimed if the PWD/Senior Citizen claims a higher discount as may be granted by the commercial establishment (Pancit Center) and/or under other existing laws or in combination with other discount program/s”, which states that no other promo/discount may be availed.

On Returns, Replacement and Refunds
Pancit Center aims to give the utmost satisfaction to all our valued customers. As such, the establishment is amendable to the possibility of accepting product returns and subsequent replacement of food products found to be of lesser quality than what it should be, provided that:
(1) The customer was able to raise his/her complain within an hour of product/s’ release/delivery and 
(2) After a Pancit Center officer found the claim to be reasonable or legitimate. 
It is a general fact that all our food products are best enjoyed immediately after purchase and may will decrease in quality in prolonged exposure to elements and time. Our standard operating procedure is to replace the item rather than to refund any amount for our accounting purposes.
